Founded in 1967 and based in Raleigh, North Carolina, Rivercrest Realty Investors is a family owned and operated commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, long-term ownership and management of apartments, shopping centers and office buildings throughout the eastern United States. Since the company's inception, Rivercrest has assembled a portfolio of high quality assets from Syracuse, New York to Clearwater, Florida comprising retail space, office properties and apartment communities.
Rivercrest's acquisition strategy focuses on both current yield and future appreciation, though property fundamentals are at the core of each transaction. The pursuit of quality real estate focuses on properties that are well located and designed, soundly constructed and suitable to their markets.
